The CDD’s landscape company has been experiencing an ongoing issue with homeowners and/or their landscapers leaving piles of debris on CDD property. This disrupts regular maintenance as they have to work around the debris, leaving those areas untouched until the piles are cleared. Weather permitting, their service days are Tuesdays & Wednesdays. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping these areas clear, as they do not have the capability to remove any debris that is not a result of our service.
